The staff, especially Ms. Winta Barake, offered personal touches like a free room upgrade that enhanced my stay. However, there were significant housekeeping issues. My bed wasn’t made consistently, and the cleanliness of items like cups in the room needed improvement. The bar service was lacking. I struggled to get attention from the bartender who seemed preoccupied. I was surprised to find bottled water priced so high, at €5.50! These elements diminished my overall satisfaction, and a better approach to customer service and attention to detail would really boost the experience.

The location in front of the main train station was a real lifesaver when I just wanted to catch a train without any hassle I also appreciated the good sound isolation from the street, so I could sleep without interruptions.
